Site work, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Robinson, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center.
Plans call for the construction of a new gymnasium building of approximately 20,800 square feet and a fitness/wellness center addition of approximately 11,500 square feet. Please direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Note from CM 4-28-2022: See attached revised architectural drawings for the Crawford County Recreation Center. Refer back to the specifications from the original bid. -Sealed Concrete floor everywhere in front building EXCEPT within Restrooms (same sealed concrete as previously bid) -Epoxy floor in all Restrooms/Showers (Same epoxy as previous bid) -Gymnasium Flooring-Sports Court in court area (same as previous bid) -Carpet in both 2nd floor Fitness Studio rooms (same carpet as base bid) -Sealed concrete walking track around perimeter of Gymnasium first floor -Base bid sealed concrete in Wellness Area with 1" sports floor as an alternate. -No bulkheads anywhere -No exterior concrete or kids playing surface area -Donor wall (Stickwood Material) will be removed from the project. Paint walls all one color.
