Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Low Zone Raw Water Main Extension Improvements Phase 1 & 2. In general and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 429, the work consists of the construction of water main improvements with approximately the following quantities: 8,600 LF 16" DIP Water Main 5,300 LF 20" DIP Water Main 10,500 LB Ductile Iron Fittings 1,100 SY Remove and Replace Bituminous Street 950 SY Remove and Replace Concrete Sidewalk 2,900 SY Remove Bituminous Trail Pavement 12,600 LF Silt Fence 18 AC Seeding and Hydraulic Matrix 7,200 CY Salvage Topsoil Borrow Along with all related work, appurtenances, erosion control and restoration. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner. Substantial Completion includes placing all water main pipe, water main fittings, hydrants, curb/gutter, and bituminous patch. The Final Completion date is May 31, 2023. Final Completion includes, but is not limited to, final turf restoration and punch list work .The project shall be ready for Final Payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before June 16, 2023
