Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
1. The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the replacement of existing standby generator, automatic transfer switch and associated cables, conduits, control and monitor system. 2. It also includes replacing existing two sewerage pumps, accessories, installation of mixer and upgrading associated control system, installation of new VFDs, SCADA, wires, conduits and a new control enclosure. 3. It also includes installation of new concrete pavement and associated outside earthwork and concrete pads. 4. All other works shown in engineering plan and the specifications. Due at Bid Opening: Affidavit of Compliance Signed Offer to Contract Bid Worksheet (within Offer to Contract) Bid Deposit/Bid Bond (10% of Total Bid) Prevailing Wage Applies (DuPage and Will Counties) Due Before Award: Certificate of Insurance (with signed endorsements) Performance and Labor and Material bond Substance Abuse Prevention Program Due within thirty (30) days of Award: Contractors Safety Checklist (before work begins)
