Reference number : 1578176 Review Title : Asphalting on the Auteuil, Cinqui me-Gr ve East and West roads for approximately 700 meters Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Rivi re-Ouelle requires tenders for: Spraying, shaping and paving on paths: From Auteuil (150 m), Fifth-Strike East (125 m), Fifth-Strike West (425 m). The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work before July 1 , 2022, unless there is a prior agreement with the Municipality. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. The Municipality reserves the right to remove parties from the contract. A 10% bid bond valid for 60 days as well as a letter of intent for a 10% performance bond valid until the end of the work must accompany the bid. All guarantees can be replaced by a certified check for the same amount.
