The EB-6032 Hope Mills Road / NC-59 Sidewalk project consists of: Construct 5' Wide sidewalk on the West side of Hope Mills Road (NC-59) from S. Sumac Circle to Southern City Limit, Appx. 1.2 Miles. Bid Acceptance Period (90) Calendar Days unless otherwise noted Testing - The City reserves the right to test any or all materials and workmanship by a certified independent testing laboratory at his expense. Testing shall be accomplished as deemed necessary by the Engineer and in accordance with North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Specifications. Any necessary re-testing due to failures of previous tests shall be at the Contractors expense.
