Site work and paving for a road / highway in Smithton, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Improvement officially known as, Live Oak Drive Resurfacing, Prairie Du Long Road District, St. Clair County, Illinois. The proposed improvement consists of variable depth mill and placement of HMA surface course. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the County or the Department of Labor, or determined by the Court on review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract. All bids shall be in accordance with the proposal and specifications prepared therefore. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
