Only companies and/or persons, companies, companies and corporations having a place of business in Quebec or in a province having concluded an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of public markets applicable to the Municipality, who hold recognized qualifications are allowed to bid. Anyone who intends to contract with the Municipality of Rawdon must read By-law 118-2018 on contract management of the Municipality of Rawdon and its amendments. This by-law is available on the website of the Municipality of Rawdon at www.rawdon.ca , under the Citizens/By-laws/Gestion contract tab. Each tenderer must submit an offer on the tender form provided for this purpose, which meets all the requirements specified in the tender documents. The prices submitted, calculated with and without transport, must include all loading costs and other inherent expenses and must remain in force throughout the contract period.
