Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Longueuil, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Upgrades and repairs to the city road infrastructure. The scope of the project includes repairs/replacement of watermains and sewers, road improvement and paving work, integration of of bus and bicycle reserved lanes, upgrades of the street lighting system and landscaping work on Grande Allée of the City. TIMELINE: Construction is underway. The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction package relating to the Hydro-Québec crossings under Grande-Allée has been already awarded to Hydro-Québec Développement énergétique inc. Another package relating to the work on Grande-Allée is being tendered and followed in the report under CRM ID name Repair Work on Grande-Allée Between Rue Bellevue and the Railway Line. Subsequent package tenders are anticipated starting 2026 and will be followed if/when they are issued in new separate reports. Notes: - The contract for construction of the first project package relating to the Hydro-Québec crossings under Grande-Allée was awarded by invitation following solicitation LONG-25-0422/20106787. - The previously issued tender for relating to the burial of public utilities issued with reference data LONG-25-0240/20075928 was cancelled by the owner.
