Renovation of a municipal facility in New Auburn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The town of Sampson is seeking bids for the replacement of the town hall heating system. The current system is 25 plus years old. Also needed is a central air conditioning system as well as an air purification system. Anyone interested in bidding must contact Clerk/Treasurer Darla Butterfield at 715-967-2050 to set up an appointment for inspection of the premises and scope of the work requested. The town reserves the right to accept the best bid presented which may or may not be the lowest bid but instead is the one most advantageous to the town.
