Contract 1 - Clear Run Elementary Center, 780 Memorial Boulevard, Tobyhanna PA 18466 Contract 2 - Clear Run Intermediate School, 800 Memorial Boulevard, Tobyhanna PA 18466 Contract 3 - Tobyhanna Elementary Center, 398 Old Rte 940, Pocono Pines PA 18350 Contract 4 - Pocono Mountain West High School, 181 Panther Lane, Pocono Summit PA 18346 This Project is subject to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, Approved March 3, 1931, 40 U.S.C. 314 Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Contract Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
