The OCIP Manual is available at the following link: BID BREAKDOWN: Upon request, the apparent low bidder for this project will be required to submit to the SCA/Construction Manager its bid breakdown using a Project Specific Template, within seventy-two (72) hours of the bid opening or when requested. Range : $750001-1000000 LUMP SUM BID Bidders shall submit a LUMP SUM BID AMOUNT in the form attached as Appendix A to the Construction Contract to complete the project within the "Performance Period" after normal school hours under the conditions specified in the Contract Documents (as defined in the SCAs General Conditions dated July 1, 2021) inclusive of the Phasing Exhibit. Bond Requirements (Not Applicable for Mentor Projects) In connection with its Bid, the Contractor provided an appropriate bid bond/certified check, in the amount of five (5%) percent of its Bid Amount.
