As of 04/25/2022 This project has been awarded to Superior Sewer and Water Inc. in the amount of Alternate - $25, 193 Base Bid - $1,315,382 for the total awarded amount of $1,340,575. The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Utility Construction o Approximately 3,675 feet of PVC water main (6-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch) including valves hydrants, appurtenances and services. o Approximately 3,225 feet of storm sewer including inlets, manholes, HDPE, RCP and CMP pipe (12-inch thru 24-inch). Roadway Construction o Approximately 3,525 feet of roadway reconstruction including excavation, geotextile fabric, dense graded base, hot mix asphalt, driveway replacement, rip rap and concrete curb & gutter o Tree removal, clearing, grubbing, site restoration, traffic control and erosion control. the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. BIDDER is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within the 72 hours of bid opening to MSA Professional Services, Inc., Attn: Daniel Rammer, 1500 N. Casaloma Drive, Suite 100, Appleton, WI 54913. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
