Site work and paving for a road / highway in Minooka, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the proposals without the consent of the President of the Board of Trustees and the Board of Trustees, Village of Minooka for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing of the receipt of bids. All proposals shall be sealed in an envelope, addressed to the Village of Minooka, Attn.: Village Clerk. The name and address of the bidder and the name of the project shall also appear on the outside of the envelope. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Engineer. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee as provided in BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals contained in the "Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions", adopted January 1, 2022 and prepared by the Illinois Department of Transportation. The awarding authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in the said "Supplemental Specifications."
