Renovation of a municipal facility in Jersey City, New Jersey. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Jersey City Redevelopment Agency (the "JCRA") is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms (the "Respondent") to provide Facade Engineering Services (collectively and as further defined in Section 2 herein "Facade Services") for the renovation of the Pathside Building located at 25 Sip Avenue ("Pathside Building") in the City of Jersey City (the "City"). The intent of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to select an individual or firm to provide Facade Services. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted via email request to the Project Representative prior to March 11, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Responses will be posted on the JCRA no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 15, 2022. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
