The Société d'habitation du Québec is the granting agency for this project. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check corresponding to 5% of the amount of the tender, payable to the Owner, La Villa des Plateaux, or a 10% tender bond, valid for a period of forty- five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services. When these guarantees are in the form of security, the amount of each of them corresponds to 50% of the price of the contract. When these guarantees are in the form of a certified cheque, the amount of each of them corresponds to 10% of the price of the contract.
