The Design Professional shall provide comprehensive services including electrical engineering. Supplementary services which may be required, include but are not limited to, civil, structural, mechanical, and geotechnical engineering. The Design Professional shall be responsible for all roads and parking; utility infrastructure, common area and coordination with TPCG's other professionals to assure compatible design and construction documents. The Design Professional shall become familiar with the site conditions, including preparation of applicable as-built plans on renovation and building expansion projects. The Design Professional shall attend and assist TPCG at all required meetings and shall be responsible for recording and distributing minutes of all proceedings during the Design Phases. These services shall be provided in two (2) Phases, each Phase composed of various stages. The Design Professional shall not proceed to the Design Development Stage in Phase One without TPCG's written approval. Nor shall the Design Professional proceed to Phase Two without TPCG's written approval Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG), Utilities Electric Generation and Distribution hereby invites interested Professional Engineers (firms) licensed in Louisiana to submit Statements of Qualifications to provide professional services for Professional Electrical Engineering Services.
