You are invited to submit a proposal to provide On-Call Civil Engineering Consultant Services (potential services could include: Roadway Design, Stormwater Design, Traffic Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, Park Design, Land Acquisition Services, Site Design, and other necessary civil engineering design, planning services, and potential building design) for the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County (ACCGov). Beginning July 1, 2027, the term of this contract shall be automatically extended for four (4) additional periods of one (1) year each (collectively "Renewal Term") unless either party gives written notice of its intention not to renew, or the intention to modify, the agreement 90 days before expiration of the effective renewal term. The estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $750,000 annually. However, amounts are not guaranteed and will vary annually. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The ACCGov reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to award the contract based on the highest and best interest of the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County.
