The Town of Brookfield is soliciting sealed bid proposals for providing and installing Avigilon brand camera's and equipment as listed below at the following locations: - Town Hall and Senior Center, 100 Pocono Road, Brookfield, CT 06804 - Brookfield Library, 182 Whisconier Road, Brookfield, CT 06804 - Public Works Garage, 81 Grays Bridge Road, Brookfield, CT 06804. Programming of all equipment and functionality to provide an operational system within the scope of this project and to which adheres to the manufacturer's installation and networking best practices. b. Setup camera settings and recording according to system design tool parameters. c. Install Avigilon NVR in Server in MDF. d. Setup Appearance Search on all analytic cameras and UMD on those cameras that are not required to be included in Appearance Search. e. Create analytic alarms on high priority cameras to trigger per designated schedule to work with ACC. f. Configure Presence Detectors to include occupancy indicators outside each location, visible from hallways. g. Create Active Directory synchronization with ACC if required. h. Create user and group permissions for operators within the system. i. Create rule notifications to send email to predetermined administrators when a designated server or camera event takes place. j. Setup workstations and other peripheral workstations to be determined by owner to have access to the VMS via ACC Client and Cloud Services. k. Install ACC Client on peripheral workstations within the building. l. Set up mobile devices to connect with the WebEndpoint using Mobile3 App
