Site work for a municipal facility in Camrose, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work pertaining to this project shall include the forming, sub-grade preparation, rebar and concrete placement. Upon completion of the necessary concrete cure, the supply and application of a suitable sealer (or alternative product) to achieve desired salt resistance and enhanced foot traction. The Contractor shall supply all necessary materials, labour, equipment, expertise, supervision and any incidentals to complete this project according to the specifications, which are a part of this work. The Contractor will be responsible for and will conduct his work in such a manner as to safeguard all telephone lines, power lines, gas lines, and oil pipelines within the limits of this project. It is also the Contractor's responsibility to maintain liaison with the owners and take all other precautions to maintain the utility services.
