Project Description Construction of pedestrian improvements (midblock crossings) at various locations: near the intersection of Milton Avenue and Teasley St, Mayfield Road at Alpharetta Elementary, Cumming Street at Manning Oaks Elementary, Cogburn Road at Cogburn park, and Mid Broadwell Road at Charlotte Drive. Final Completion of the Work by one hundred fifty (150) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The City is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete construction of the MIDBLOCK CROSSINGS project. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, installation of pedestrian signals, sidewalk and curb & gutter, excavation/trenching, backfilling for utilities, erosion and sediment control, and landscaping, and related work. The location of the work is near the intersection of Milton Avenue and Teasley St, Mayfield Road at Alpharetta Elementary, Cumming Street near Manning Oaks Elementary, Cogburn Road at Cogburn Park, and Mid Broadwell Road at Charlotte Drive. --- within the City of Alpharetta, Georgia.
