Should prospective bidders have questions regarding the bid documents, contact Daniel Smith, School Business Administrator of the Pemberton Township School District. In order to ensure that any and all addenda are issued in a timely fashion, all inquiries or requests for interpretation of the bid documents must be submitted in writing to Daniel Smith, Board Secretary/School Business Administrator, Pemberton Township Board of Education, 1 Egbert Street, Pemberton, NJ 08068 by March 22, 2022. Proposals must be submitted in sealed packages. The sealed packages shall be delivered between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to the Office of the School Business Administrator, Brotherhood Administration Building, 1 Egbert Street, Pemberton, NJ 08068. The sealed packages shall bear the name and address of the bidder and shall be marked "Food Services Equipment Commercial Dishwashers". The original and two copies of each bid should be submitted. All bids MUST be submitted and time-stamped by the Office of the Business Administrator no later than the date and time designated for opening. The Pemberton Township School District will not be liable for any bids lost in the mail or misdirected by any party. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of PL 1975, Chapter 127, Affirmative Action Against Discrimination (N.J.A.C. 17:27). Attention is called to the fact that successful bidders shall ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status or affectional or sexual orientation. Bidders are further required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. The Pemberton Township School District reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive informality if such would be in the best interests of the Board of Education.
