Renovation of an office development in Greenwood, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

Summary of Work The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: Renovations of one (1) restroom to a Family restroom. Removal of existing paneling and install sheetrock and paint.Painting of door and cabinets. Installing LVT flooring in designated areas. The estimated construction cost for the project is between $35,000.00- $50,000.00. Extra sets of bidding documents will be furnished to prime bidders for a deposit of $175.00, onehalf of which will be refunded if the bidding instruments are returned within 14 days after bid opening. No refunds will be issued for bidding documents received after the 14-day period. Make check payable to Cauthen & Associates, LLC A deposit of $200.00 is required from subcontractors and material suppliers for each set of bidding documents. Subcontractors and material suppliers will be refunded $175.00 of their deposit upon return of the bidding documents in good condition within 14 days after bid opening. Partial sets will not be issued. No refunds will be issued for bidding documents received after the 14-day period. Make check payable to Cauthen & Associates, LLC. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required from plan rooms not listed in the advertisement as already having bidding documents. Each prime bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a guaranty or a surety company listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570. The Bid Bond and the Performance and Payment Bond must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located, and must be listed in U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570. Bidders must comply with the Presidents Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-Kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hour Standard Act. Bidders must certify that they do not, and will not, maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on a basis of race, color, creed, sex, or national origin. Attention is called to the goals and timetables for minority and female participation The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
