The work includes the construction of the following approximate quantities: 23,500 Ton Aggregate Base Class 5 12,600 Ton Type SP 12.5 Wear Course Mixture (2,B) 1,690 L.F. 12" RC Pipe Sewer 6,900 L.F. 6" DIP WM, Cl 52 (Open Cut) 178 Each 1" Curb Stop 47,100 S.F. 4" Concrete Walk 15,900 S.F. 6" Concrete Walk 18,000 L.F. Concrete Curb and Gutter, B618 17,000 S.F. 6" Concrete Driveway Pavement 17,300 S.Y. Sodding, Type Lawn All work under the Contract must be completed by the dates specified in the project specifications. Only electronic bids will be accepted from Contractors who are listed as plan holders on the City's OneOffice website. The cost to submit a bid is $25. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park shall accompany each bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
