** This project has been awarded to Jones & Roberts Co. in the amount of $1,586,400. ** The project includes the removal and replacement of the complete shingle roof system. Base bid includes demolition of the existing roof, installation of a new single-ply roofing system including cover board, replacement of all roof vents and mechanical flashing, and installation of a new roof tie-off system. Existing roof sheathing shall remain in place, with selected demo to repair any damaged areas. All internal gutters will be eliminated, and new metal exterior gutters installed, as well as selected removal of existing metal cladding on walls and fascias and installation of new.
