The City and County of Broomfield objective for this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace the existing indoor running surface for the Paul Derda Recreation Center (PDRC). The facility is located at 13201 Lowell Boulevard, Broomfield, Colorado, The indoor running track is located on the first floor of the facility and encircles the gymnasium and gymnastics facility. The CCOB proposes to remove and install the new running track flooring during the annual maintenance closure which is scheduled for August 15 - August 28, 2022. All work must be completed within this timeframe PDRC is an 85,000 SF recreation facility incorporating a swimming pool, gymnasium, gymnastics facility, weight room, indoor playground, indoor running track, meeting and party rooms, two fitness studios, and two cardio areas. PDRC is used primarily for recreation programming and drop-in use.
