An initial risk assessment inspection, report and recommendation for abatement oflead-based paint (LBP) is required for each house to be rehabilitated. A final clearance inspection and certification are required after the rehabilitation is complete Ifyou are interested in bidding on the LBP risk assessment and clearance inspection for this CDBG project, please include die following information in your proposal: 1.
