The City of Shaker Heights (City) seeks to engage the services of a qualified contractor for the partial replacement of 3 brick retaining walls according to the specifications and exhibits attached hereto. Project consists of two locations namely; "The Police Department" south lot at 3355 Lee Road Shaker Heights and "Shaker Towne Centre" southern parking lot at 16720 Chagrin Blvd. Both lots are owned by the City of Shaker Heights. SCOPE OF WORK: The work covered under these specifications generally consists of the removal of brick walls and concrete foundations and replace with new. The work shall include all labor, material, equipment, supervision and expertise required to perform the work. The scope shall include any other items not specifically listed that are required to provide a complete restoration as described herein. The Contractor is responsible for notifying the City of any discrepancies in the scope of work and that which is required for a complete and finished product This project consists of the demolition of sections of existing brick retaining walls and their foundations. Reconstruct the brick retaining walls and foundations to match the existing walls in the Police Station SouthLot, 3355 Lee Road, and at Shaker Towne Centre Southern Parking Lot, 16720 Chagrin Blvd. Project Location: 16720 Chagrin Blvd., Shaker Hts, OH 44120.
