Description: The City of Crossville is seeking bids for a high mast pole and light. Separate sealed bids for the CITY OF CROSSVILLE for the installation of a HIGH MAST POLE & LIGHT located at Exit 322 on Interstate 40 being the Peavine Road (SR# 101) Exit replacing a damaged pole from a traffic accident. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the City. The City of Crossville Is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer Owner and to fully complete the project within 180 consecutive calendar days thereafter
