** This project has been awarded to WS Contractors LLC in the amount of $1,289,000.00. ** The City of Seattle is rejecting the other bidders for PW#2020-038: Rainer Community Center ADA Barrier Removal due to budget. We plan to rebid this project in the near future. Site Improvements: Includes new accessible parking, accessible routes, ramps, handrails, planters, landscaping, and stairs all to be installed on pm piles based on the geotechnical recommendations. Interior Improvements: Includes new casework, plumbing fixtures, partitions, kitchen hood and signs. A/E Estimate : $1,227,240 For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Large Concrete type of project with a Past Performance of 21 % WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
