As of February 2026, the architect is finalizing contract with the owner. Design work is expected to begin in the late first quarter 2026. Construction documents are expected to be completed in October 2026. A firm timeline for bidding and construction has been determined at this time. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Project Description One-Two Sentences Lee Biology is a three-story building with a raised basement, and it was built in 1956. The renovation will include the following: Interior Spaces, MEP, Life Safety System, ADA and Elevator upgrades. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
