The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (MoH) requires two consultants to provide construction administration services for various projects on an emergency or as required basis for the entire province. Category of Work: Construction Administration for Culverts, Grading and Surfacing All prequalified firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide engineering services for the above noted project. This competition will consist of 2 stages: Stage 1 - The proponents response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be a SOQ that will be evaluated against criteria included in this document. It is Government of Saskatchewans (GOS) objective to shortlist four (4) proponents, but GOS reserves the right to determine how many proponents will be shortlisted. Stage 2 - The shortlisted proponents from Stage 1 will be subsequently invited to participate in the Request for Proposals. Shortlisted proponents will submit proposals that will be evaluated against criteria that will be included in the RFP documents.
