The base bid Project consists of concrete work, pavement milling, asphalt resurfacing, crack sealing, street rebuilds, and striping. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code and described in the Information and Requirements for Bidders. If State or Federal Labor Standards Provisions and State Wage Decisions are applicable to this Contract it will be a part of the Contract Documents. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for each contract.
