Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Construction work to increase the capacity of: the Saint-Alexis Street collector interception; the Goulet and Principal pumping stations; the Main station overflow. TIMELINE: The owner has issued tender call (# 6000-17-055C-03) for general contractor for the Goulet and Principal pumping stations. However, it was cancelled. Saint-Louis-de-France (SFL) drinking water tanks upgrades project (# 6000-16-063) is included in the capital plan for 2026-2028: construction is expected to start in 2029. Timelines for a new tender call and construction will be finalized at a later date. Further update in spring, 2026.
