Renovation of a power facility in Astoria, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
**As of April 7, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. Clatsop County Public Works is requesting quotes for replacement of the roof on the Svensen Sheriff/Road Department Substation at 92435 Svensen Market Road, Svensen, Oregon. Contractor must be licensed and bonded. Selected Contractor will be required to sign a contract with the County and will need to provide proof of insurance with Clatsop County named as the additional insured. Project Description: Remove and replace existing asphalt shingles and underlayment At the direction of the Public Works director or his designee, replace any sheathing found to be compromised Roof is 68' x 33'. Anticipated award date is April 27, 2022. Project must be completed prior to June 24, 2022.
