Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Mexico, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Scope of Work includes removal of existing culvert structure(s) and construction of new culvert structure(s). To request the bid package email Tiffnay Burts at tburts@audraincounty.org Project and bidding questions shall be conducted exclusively via email. Any questions regarding the project must be submitted to the above email address by 3:00 pm local time on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. No written questions after this date or verbal questions will be recognized. The Audrain County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all, bids. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of said County, in office at Mexico, Missouri Structure No. 517.06000 on Audrain County Road 517 Structure No. 532.37908 on Audrain County Road 532 Structure No. 539.06407 on Audrain County Road 539 The proposed work, hereinafter called the work, includes: Replacement of existing Small Structures with new culverts, including any associated excavation, roadway embankment, roadway surfacing, traffic control and other necessary improvements described in the project plans and specifications, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Per the owner Notice to Proceed will be issued for each contract when the pipes have been delivered to the sites, which is anticipated to be no later than May 31, 2022. Completion date remains October 31, 2022.
