Site work and renovation of a civil project in Eyota, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Civil, SSTS, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Install new treatment tank, treatment unit, blower, and drainfield mounds. 2. Install new electrical and control conduit/wiring from building to a new control panel located at the existing lift station. 3. Providing temporary fencing and signage to protect the construction site and the public. 4. Excavate for tank and piping from manhole to drainfield mounds. Rock (limestone) excavation is anticipated at the treatment tank location and for the forcemain excavations. All rock encountered is to be removed from the site and replaced with imported backfill. 5. Erosion control and final turf restoration. C. Concurrent Work: Owner will award a separate contract(s) for construction operations at Project site. 1. Siding removal and replacement. This work may or may not occur while the drainfield project is occurring. Pre-bid meeting: none.
