All questions, inquiries and clarifications must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on March 8, 2022. The City anticipates a one (1) year duration for the execution of this project. The one (1) year construction duration will be comprised of a six (6) months phase for the leadtime necessary for the procurement of traffic control equipment and materials, and a consecutive six (6) months phase for actual construction efforts Request for Information (RFIs) received by March 8, 2022 by 10:00 a.m. Start of Construction September 2022 End of Construction September 2023 The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals, request additional information or revisions to the proposals, and to negotiate with any or all Proposers The City reserves the right to withdraw this RFP at any time without prior notice and the City makes no representations that any contract will be awarded to any Proposer responding to this RFP. .The City reserves the right to postpone the proposal opening for its own convenience.
