Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Chemicals and Testing services for TxDOT Austin Chemical Testing of Water Samples Respondent shall bid this item by providing a monthly cost to perform service requirements detailed in Paragraph 8 of the Statement of Work. Do not input pricing on this line item. Input pricing on Pricing Schedule line items: 1 through 9 Once the award is made, the unit of measure will be converted to service units (SVC) in the amount TxDOT estimates to spend. Each SVC (Service ) is priced at $1.00. A SVC is a TxDOT internal system unit of measure. Vendor must invoice at the price(s) indicated on the pricing schedule for work authorized. The initial term of one year commences upon the issuance of a contract by TxDOT and expires on March 24, 2023 with the option to renew for three one-year periods at TxDOT's sole discretion. TxDOT will provide an intent to renew notice, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the current term. 1st Renewal Option March 25, 2023 through March 24, 2024 2nd Renewal Option March 25, 2024 through March 24, 2025 3rd Renewal Option March 25, 2025 through March 24, 2025
