Site work and paving for a civil project in Wahoo, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

The Project includes the following Work: The project work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to repair 3 locations that were damaged during a flood event. This will include FEMA projects #97241, and #97325 along with a guardrail replacement project. Construction per the plans and specifications shall include roadway shoulder repair, bank repair, riprap installation, highway guardrail replacement, aggregate trail repair, erosion and sediment control, seeding, and incidental items. Work includes all necessary removals, excavation, filling, compaction, handling of water, survey staking, testing and site work necessary to complete the project as required by the plans and specifications. A Bid will be received for each of the following: Description of Bids Chestnut Street Bridge Abutment Repair Chestnut Street Shoulder Repair and Bridge Guardrail Replacement Lake Wanahoo Trail Repairs Each successful bidder shall supply a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond executed by a corporate surety licensed in the State of Nebraska in an amount equal to 100 percent of the total contract price as part of their contract. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to City of Wahoo as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. The City of Wahoo reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous to the City, and to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of 60 days after the bids are open.
