Renovation of a museum in South Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Lawshe Museum Renovation Project Number- R21-4114.000 Base Bid is for all work shown on the contract drawings and referenced in the Bid Documents including but not limited to earthwork, grading, concrete, steelwork, roofing, mechanical, electrical and special fire and security systems This project will renovate areas on the main and second level within the Lawshe Museum in South St. Paul, MN. The building was constructed in 1976 and through these renovations will receive several accessibly improvements including regrading of the parking lot, changes to the main stairs and public restrooms and a new reception desk. A new kitchenette, renovationsto the archive storage and improvementsto the main level gallery are also planned. A separate project to bring the elevator into current code compliance is underway now
