The County of San Diego is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing As Needed Emergency Repairs and Construction ("Offerors"). Offerors found to be qualified as a result of this RFSQ ("Qualified") will be placed on a standing list of qualified firms for an anticipated duration of two (2) year(s). The Contracting Officer for this solicitation is Rene Lelevier, Procurement Contracting Specialist (Rene.Lelevier@sdcounty.ca.gov) Questions regarding this RFSQ shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by the Date and Time listed in Schedule, in accordance with Section 8 (Duty to Inquire, Questions, and Explanation to Offerors). Oral explanations or responses to Questions will not be binding upon the County. Concerns or comments regarding this solicitation should be directed to the Contracting Officer. The County of San Diego intends to establish pre-qualified lists of contractors to perform emergency repairs and/or construction services. The County will award contracts based on these pre-qualified lists to those contractors for these types of services immediately following disasters, accidents, or other events, in which public facilities are threatened, damaged, or destroyed.
