Project No: 20-126 St. Johns County is soliciting sealed bids for Bid No: 22-68; Fire Services Pole Barn Project. The Contractor shall provide all necessary surveying, permitting, labor, materials, equipment and any other items necessary for the complete construction of the project identified in this scope, the attached plans/specifications, and any the other exhibits included with this bid advertisement. The project scope includes but is not limited to: demo, site clearing, earthwork, grading, paving, drainage/storm water collection, modification to weir outfall, concrete work, construction of a 65 x50 Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) and associated electrical work, landscaping, and irrigation (via gator bags). All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications issued with this project. Construction of the project shall be substantially complete within one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from the date stipulated on the Notice to Proceed.
