Renovation of an educational facility in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Written Inquiries were due on March 14, 2022. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing RTU's over the 1997 Wing in kind with new heating/ventilating/air conditioning RTU. Distribution and controls to be new. All existing ducts to be reused. Roof curbs and flashing will be modified as required. Any structural modifications that are required will be provided as well Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid only. Substantial Completion: Tuesday, September 20, 2022 The performance and payment bonds may be combined in a single instrument, but in that event the penal amount of the combined bond shall equal 200% of the contract price
