Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Avalon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of September 29, 2022, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The purpose of this project is to build a Town Hall building. Key components of the project include: 1,000 square foot building adjacent to current Bradford Town Hall Approximate start date of June 1st, 2022 with completion by September 2022. Accepting Bids for Proposed 1,000 square foot Town Hall Building adjacent to current Town Hall located at 3622 S Carvers Rock Road, Avalon, WI 53505 Bids must be prepared and submitted using the bid forms provided and must be typed or printed then signed in ink. The Town of Bradford has the right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion and is required by law to select the Lowest Responsible Bidder. In addition to your bid, please submit a sworn bidder qualification statement setting forth your qualifications to complete the project.
