**As of 4/8/2022 No bids received. The City of Pasadena is seeking a C36 licensed Contractor to perform pipe repair at Norton Simon Museum. The following scope of work is approximate and for information purposes only. Vendor is to verify in field the final scope of work. Vendor shall provide an hourly rate to perform hydro jet, camera and repair work on the existing drain line/pipe at Norton Simon Museum. Background: There is a broken pipe on the exterior grounds of the Norton Simon Museum. Tree roots have blocked and damaged the existing pipe. A portion of the broken pipe is potentially below a concrete pathway. Clearing drains of clogs and obstructions, to include debris and tree roots may be necessary. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, machinery, tools, supplies, insurance, licenses, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to complete tasks. Location - Norton Simon Museum 411 W. Colorado Blvd. Pasadena, CA 91101 - Vendor is responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Securing the work site to ensure safe working environment. 2. Excavate approximately 3 ft. x 3ft. access point to expose broken pipe for area drain. 3. Remove/repair sections of pipes. 4. Hydro jet and camera drain area. 5. Locate problem areas and provide a permanent solution. 6.
