The East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) is soliciting proposals from septic system and/or wastewater engineering firms to perform the following at Camp Arroyo in Livermore, CA: gallons per day estimates for each of the buildings at the Camp Arroyo that are connected to the existing large onsite water treatment system and create site plans for and obtain permits for the two vaults and the holding tank and performance evaluation of the three systems as per county guidelines. The last day to submit questions is 5-days before proposals are due. Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing to Jeff Rasmussen at jrasmussen@ebparks.org. We request that Firms notify the EBRPD (via email) of their interest in submitting a proposal for this project. EBRPD's responses to substantive questions will be shared with all Firms that notify the EBRPD. The selection of a Firm for this project and any agreements for services resulting from this Request for Proposals is dependent upon the approval of the East Bay Regional Park District Board of Directors. District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to re-solicit this Request for Proposals. The Park District will make no reimbursement for any cost incurred by a prospective Firm for the preparation of a response to this Request for Proposals. All proposals submitted by the required deadline will be reviewed for adequacy, completeness, content, project approach, qualifications and other criteria developed during the review process. Firms who have submitted proposals which pass the initial review may be invited for interviews approximately two weeks after submittal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
