St. Luke Church located at 4478 Jackson Street, Marianna, FL 32448. St. Luke Church is a 3,500 sf two story historical brick structure that was severely damaged by Hurricane Michael. Selective demolition is to be performed with extreme care to maintain the existing faade and brick towers. Bidders must have experience in the selective demolition of historical structures. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders are encouraged to solicit Minority and Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation and provide documentation of such solicitation.
