Renovation of an educational facility in Mission, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 43,122-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Approximate Construction Finish: 12/1/2022 RFI/Bid Question Deadline: 2:00 PM on 3/14/2022. Bidders shall submit questions by email to Kale Yoder (kale.yoder@nabholz.com), Zach Browne (zach.browne@nabholz.com) & Kori Belcher (kori.belcher@nabholz.com) by the established deadline. Questions should reference specific details, plan sheets, specifications, or bid manual sections. Renovations of existing interior (commons, restroom & classrooms) and exterior. Subcontractor or Supplier agrees that the Base Bid amount entered above includes the following projectrelated activities and Scope of Work in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, drawings, and CM Manual. Unless noted otherwise subcontractor will furnish all equipment, materials, labor, supplies, tools, scaffolding, hoisting, transportation, unloading, and handling necessary for the proper installation and completion of this work.
