Independence Township Municipal Building for the following approximate totals: 40,000 Gallons E-3/CRS-2 Cationic Emulsified Asphalt (more or less) 1,000 Ton Superpave, HMA Wearing Course Fine Graded PG 64-22, 9.5mm Mix, <0.3 million ESALs, SRL-H (more or less) 80 Ton Ultimate Cold Mix (more or less) 200 Ton AASHTO No. 1 Coarse Aggregate (more or less) 200 Ton AASHTO No. 57 Coarse Aggregate (more or less) 800 Ton AASHTO No. 8 Coarse Aggregate 1.0% Washed (more or less) 1,000 Ton AASHTO No. 2A Coarse Aggregate (more or less) 1,400 Ton AASHTO No. 67 Coarse Aggregate Washed (more or less) 300 Ton AASHTO No. 4 (more or less) 300 Ton No. 3 Aggregate 3-4 (more or less) 800 Ton Anti-Skid (more or less) 200 Ton R-5 Rock (more or less) 70 Ton #10 Limestone Dust (more or less) 8,000 Gallon #2 Diesel (more or less) 2,000 Gallon Heating Fuel (more or less) 200 Ton Binder (more or less) Aggregates & Anti-Skid must be submitted in sample bags with Bid proposal. Non collusion affidavits required. All bids must be sealed and indicate Independence Township Bid Proposal on the outside of the envelope. Bids must also be accompanied by certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of total bid, payable to Independence Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
