Renovation of a mixed-use development in Webster, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
The building is approximately 1,536 square feet. This is a sales tax-exempt project. Qualified bidders may submit bids according to the instructions to Bidders. The Village of Webster shall govern submittal, opening and award of bids. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice of Award, approximately April 14, 2022, and shall complete the Work on or before August 31, 2022. Substantial Completion and Final Completion is subject to material and equipment availability. Bidders must be prequalified by Owner. Prequalification forms are from Architect. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
